Marketing and Production Coordinator (Part Time with Benefits)
Reports to: Vice President of Communications
The person in this position writes marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to material for donors, and works with the development team and the communications art department to research, create and produce gifts for direct mail donors. This person works as the production coordinator and project manager for all print projects. This includes our quarterly B’nai B’rith Magazine, program materials, fundraising literature, event invitations and journals and administrative projects. The superior candidate will possess creative thinking and writing skills. Attention to detail is imperative. The ideal candidate has impeccable people skills. In this position, there is also the opportunity to write B’nai B’rith-related stories for B’nai B’rith Magazine. This position includes administrative duties, dealing with vendors and billing.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, journalism, public relations or communications
This position is for 20 hours of work a week. Specific days and hours are negotiable and flexible. Position includes paid vacation, sick leave and holidays, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending plans and 403(b) plan.
