B'nai B'rith Europe President Reinhold Simon was bestowed with the Knighthood of the House of Orange – Nassau in appreciation of his longstanding commitment to the defense of the State of Israel and the Jewish community on April 25. Her Majesty Beatrix, Queen of Holland, honored Simon with this unique award. Julek Goldfinger of the Hollandia Lodge, Celine Joosten, Madelon and Leo Meijers, and Menno Paktor of the Hillel Lodge, were also honored by the Queen of Holland.
