The land on which the B’nai B’rith House is operated is owned by B’nai B’rith Senior Citizen Housing, Inc. (BBSCH), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation formed to support the B’nai B’rith Senior Housing program.

The mission of BBSCH is to provide elderly persons and handicapped persons with housing facilities and services specially designed to meet their physical, social and psychological needs, and to promote their health, security happiness and usefulness at the Asher Rubin B’nai B’rith House in Claymont, DE.
