One Year Later: Sandy Day of Service

Superstorm Sandy
As we mark the one year anniversary of Super Storm Sandy, the B'nai B'rith Young Leadership Network and AEPi Alumni Club of New York are proud to announce our second annual Day of Service to help those affected by the storm.

We invite you to join us to help rebuild a Sandy-damaged home in Canarsie, Brooklyn. Transportation will be provided from midtown.

Bus departs at 10 a.m.
Project begins at 10:45 a.m.
Bus returns by 2:30 p.m.

This project caps off a year in which young leaders in New York have provided 325 hours of service to rebuilding efforts and raised $2200 dollars toward the B'nai B'rith Disaster Relief Fund for Sandy-related aid.

We are pleased to announce that construction has begun on our newest housing development in Sudbury. The Coolidge will be a 64-unit apartment complex serving active seniors and older adults aged 55 and over.Please join B’nai B’rith Housing and Sudbury’s political, faith-based and affordable housing leaders for this celebratory ground breaking ceremony and breakfast reception.

We’re very excited for the opportunity to host members of the community at the site but please be aware that although the reception will take place under a tent, please wear sturdy shoes and attire appropriate for the weather and a construction site. RSVP Needed.
