B’nai B’rith International strongly condemns a death threat against Pittsburgh, Pa., restaurant Conflict Kitchen. The restaurant said it will remain closed until further notice while police review a threatening letter.

B’nai B’rith International had written to The Heinz Endowments to express concern about a grant the Endowments made to Conflict Kitchen, which had  bundled anti-Israel propaganda with food from  “Palestine,” which the restaurant describes as being “in conflict” with the United States.

 A death threat is no way to solve a dispute.

We urge the police to act quickly to find the perpetrators.
