Development Associate B’nai B’rith International

B’nai B’rith International, the Global Voice of the Jewish Community, seeks an energetic and eloquent Development Associate to play an essential role in an evolving development setting with a special focus on print and online fundraising campaign efforts. 

Responsibilities include:

Annual Campaign: Assist Director of Development in designing and implementing comprehensive fundraising campaigns including copywriting, social media ad placement, creating e-campaigns, tracking gifts, thanking donors, and more.

Direct Mail Administration: Work with Director of Development Operations to manage all aspects of the program by liaising with consultants to ensure established timelines are met, analyzing response data, and drafting letter copy.

CRM Management: Ensure integrity of donor CRM (DonorPerfect) and operational efficiency by entering gifts, running reports, and updating information in a timely manner.

Department Administration: Track and submit expenses and timesheets, field phone and email queries and perform other administrative functions as needed. Occasional night/weekend event-related work and coverage may be required. 

Qualifications: Successful candidates will have experience in a nonprofit development administration setting, knowledge of the Jewish community and ease communicating with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is critical, and familiarity with WordPress, Asana, Constant Contact, and nonprofit CRM systems like DonorPerfect is strongly preferred.
