The Program Manager (Manager) will be an integral member of the Development and Strategic Initiatives team. Working in concert with the VP of Development and Strategic Initiatives, the Program Manager will staff existing initiatives and create new meaningful programs and engagement opportunities related to B’nai B’rith’s efforts supporting Israel and the global Jewish community as well as humanitarian aid and disaster relief.
The Program Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing a robust next generation engagement strategy related to our young professional leadership initiative “B’nai B’rith Connect” and help design and oversee a broader leadership training initiative with a goal to increase organizational visibility and overall engagement with B’nai B’rith’s mission while expanding philanthropic support.
The Program Manager will ensure organization programs, events, virtual conversations, and podcasts are curated and promoted under respective B’nai B’rith programmatic banners and track related metrics, to best illustrate B’nai B’rith impact in key program areas.
The Manager will contribute to the overall goals of the Development and Strategic Initiatives team, researching and drafting grant/funding proposals as appropriate to fund new initiatives and/or to expand existing programs.
We seek a dynamic nonprofit program professional with 3+ years of experience working in a hands-on fashion within a nonprofit organization who is passionate and well versed about issues relating to B’nai B’rith’s multifaceted mission.
