B’nai B’rith International President Gary P. Saltzman and CEO Daniel S. Mariaschin sent a letter to Egypt’s Ambassador to the United States Yasser Reda to express their condolences over the terrorist bombing that occurred last week, that killed more than 300 people and wounded 100.
In the letter, Saltzman and Mariaschin write: “On behalf of B’nai B’rith International, we are outraged by the barbaric attack on the northern Sinai mosque, and we strongly condemn the brutal violence and pointed attack against Sufi Muslims in a place of worship.”
