B’nai B’rith President Seth J. Riklin and CEO Daniel S. Mariaschin have issued the following statement:

Iran has taken its war against Israel and the Jewish people out of the shadows. By launching more than 200 missiles and drones at the Jewish state, Iran is setting on full display its genocidal intentions. As the world’s largest state sponsor of terror, Iran has targeted Israel via proxies for decades.

We commend the Israel Defense Forces and its partners for destroying 99% of the weapons Iran launched, before they could reach their intended targets.

B’nai B’rith appreciates the peace-supporting nations that have already condemned the attack. All nations should join in denouncing Tehran’s aggression.

We stand with Israel and the Israeli people.
