The B'nai B'rith Omaha Breadbreakers Luncheon series continues on May 21, as they're joined by former Nebraska Cornhusker running back Damon Benning.
Benning was named MVP of the 1996 Orange Bowl, rushing 15 times for 96 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught one pass for two yards and returned one kickoff 23 yards, en route to his team's 41-21 victory over the Virginia Tech Hokies.
He currently serves as morning show host on 1620 The Zone, and will comment on the Huskers upcoming season.
Per usual, the luncheon will be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. at Blumkin Home Auditorium, 323 S. 132nd St., on the JCC Campus. Kosher lunch is available for $11.
