Affairs Adriana Camisar spoke with Panamanian lawyer, professor and writer David Mizrachi, a member of B’nai B’rith, about Dr. Eduardo Morgan Álvarez, a Panamanian diplomat who played a crucial role in the creation of the State of Israel.
