B’nai B’rith is heartbroken and outraged at the horrific shooting targeting Jews celebrating Hanukkah at Bondi Beach in Australia–an act of terror that has claimed 11 lives so far, injured dozens and shattered families.

We must stand united against anti-Semitism and all hate, and protect the right of every religious community to celebrate in peace.

The world cannot ignore the rising fears of Jew-hatred and must act to stop this scourge now.
