A new book, co-edited by the director of B’nai B’rith World Center-Jerusalem Alan Schneider and dedicated to the stories of Jews who rescued fellow Jews during the Holocaust, is now available through publisher Peter Lang.

“All Our Brothers and Sisters: Jews Saving Jews During the Holocaust,” discusses and analyzes the rescue missions carried out across Nazi-occupied Europe in ghettos, camps, hospitals, children’s homes and other locations, and the Jews who were behind them.

Jews of all backgrounds undertook these missions, putting their lives at risk to save the lives of others.

The book is edited by Schneider and Professor Judith Tydor Baumel-Schwartz, director of the Finkler Institute of Holocaust Research at Bar-Ilan University. It can be view through the publisher’s website here and purchased here.
