The Argentine Secretary of Human Rights sponsored a photo exhibition on the Palestinian “Nakba.” When announcing this event on Twitter, he used the words “colonization,” “occupation” and “ethnic cleansing” when referring to the events surrounding Israel’s establishment.

Adriana Camisar, B’nai B’rith International’s Special Advisor on Latin American Affairs, has a piece in Iton Gadol (in Spanish) strongly criticizing the sponsorship of this event by the government, and explaining why this narrative is extreme, historically false and counterproductive to the achievement of peace.
